This is an issue on steamworkshop.download's end. There are several games that are in the supported list but currently can not download the mods. The error seems to appear when the mod file is larger than a few Kilobytes (not sure exsatally how many kilobytes) This is STILL an issue on steamworkshop.download's end, we cant do anything about it. Currently, Steam downloads the files to steam\steamapps\downloading\Thanks to u/No_Climate7825 investigations it turns out the error "Free Space Left" doesnt just affects all games but rather it depends on the size of the mod.
